When will I receive my mail?
Your Crem Press snail mail arrives monthly, within the first two weeks of the month (depending on USPS speed).
Can I change my address?
Absolutely! Just contact me at hello@delacremstudio.com before the next mailing to update your address details.
What if I miss a delivery?
If you miss a delivery, reach out via email so I can resend or hold your next Crem Press mail.
How do I cancel?
Simply email me anytime to pause your Crem Press subscription.
What is the cut off to sign-up?
If you sign up before the 20th, you'll receive that month's issue. If you sign up after the 20th, you'll roll into the next month.
