Crem Press is a snail mail art club subscription, delivered monthly, that was created to spark an analog, tangible connection with artists and art lovers around the world. Each month includes

When will I receive my mail?

Letters are sent out the third week of the month. US recipients will receive letters within 7-10 business days, and International recipients will receive letters within 2-6 weeks.

What if my mail doesn't show up?

If you live in the US, and your mail has not arrived within 2 weeks, and international has not arrived within 4 weeks, please contact me at hello@delacremstudio.com and I will make it right by refund or re-iussance at no additional cost to you.

How do I change my address or cancel my subscription?

Simply email hello@delacremstudio.com anytime to request an address change or cancellation.

What is the cut off to sign-up?

If you sign up before the 15th, you'll receive that month's issue. If you sign up after the 15th, you'll roll into the following month.
